These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the gamehub platform in the Philippines. All financial transactions on gamehub are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through locally supported payment channels, including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Finance section of the platform; these limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks, and gamehub reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. All bonuses and promotional offers available on gamehub are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer in the Bonus section. Bonus funds are credited to your account in PHP and must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. gamehub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or where regulatory requirements make continuation of an offer untenable. Loyalty points earned through the gamehub Rewards programme accumulate automatically on qualifying activity and can be redeemed according to the terms set out in the Rewards section. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to manipulate the bonus or rewards system — including opening multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

gamehub provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, gamehub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from technical outages, payment processing delays, or errors in odds or game results caused by third-party data providers. In the event of a manifest error in any bet, game result, or promotional offer, gamehub reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return stakes to the affected account.
